Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Steam broccoli to desired tenderness.
While the broccoli is cooking, cut up or shred the cooked chicken.
Then pour the alfredo sauce into a small sauce pan and heat on low/medium heat.
Once it starts to steam add ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese to the sauce. Stir until the cheese is melted.
To assemble the casserole, pour about ¾ cup of alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Add half the broccoli on top of that and half the prepared chicken on top of the broccoli.
Pour another ¾ cup of alfredo sauce over the broccoli and chicken.
Then top with ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella.
Spread the rest of the broccoli and the chicken on top of the cheese.
Pour the rest of the alfredo sauce on top and add another ¾ cup of mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle a little salt and garlic powder on top.
Bake for 20 minute or until cheese is melted and casserole is heated through. Super easy! Super quick! Add some pasta or just some bread or biscuits and you have a nice quick meal when you need one.
