Cut up pork shoulder into quarters and place in crockpot.
Sprinkle seasoning on all sides of pork chunks.
Add about 2 cup of water to have about 1 inch of liquid around the pork.
Cook on LOW for 7-8 hours of 4 hours on HIGH.
Test doneness by how easy it is to shred. The pork should “fall apart” easily if you pull on it with a fork or tongs. If it doesn’t shred easily, continue to cook until it does.
